Every producer is visited on site. We systematically document: machinery and production capacity, existing certifications (ISO 9001, CE, FSC depending on sector), reference customers and project lists, financial key figures (current balance sheets), plus management and their language/industry competence. For skilled workers we verify: training and diplomas, language skills (A2–C1), previous employer references, and police clearance.

We offer optional on-site audits, spot-checks, and final acceptance in Bosnia by our German-speaking engineers — before goods reach Germany. Complaint rate across our existing customers: under 2% since 2023.

For supplies from Bosnia-Herzegovina, the EU–BiH Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) and CEFTA rules apply — goods traffic is largely duty-free. For workforce placement we work under the Skilled Immigration Act (§18a–d AufenthG) and the Western Balkans regulation (§26 para. 2 BeschV), which creates easier labor market access for Bosnia. We handle all documentation: employer certificates, visa applications, recognition with the relevant Chambers of Commerce (IHK).

Yes. The distance between Bosnia and southern Germany is logistically manageable: truck transit 12–18 hours, no ferry traffic, continuous motorway connections (A1 through BiH → A10/A3 through Austria → Germany). We work with logistics partners who deliver JIT processes to German standards — including real-time tracking and defined delivery slots.

By default we place workers with at least A2 German (Goethe certificate or equivalent). For customer-facing or team-lead positions we place B1 or higher. Language courses before arrival or during the first year on site can be organized through our partner institutes in Sarajevo and Tuzla — costs between €300 and €800 per participant.

This is followed by an on-site visit at your facility where we document machinery, certifications, and capacities. Inclusion in our network is free of charge for producers — we only earn on successful placements.

We grant a 6-month replacement guarantee. If the worker leaves within this period for reasons outside your control, we provide replacement free of charge. Statistically, over 85% of our placed workers stay with the same company for longer than two years — that's due to our selection process which evaluates integration and family situation equally to professional qualification.

Three key differences: first, specialization — we exclusively handle the Bosnia↔Germany bridge across four defined sectors. This means deep market knowledge in both countries instead of a broad catalog. Second, direct placement — we are not a leasing model; workers are employed directly by you. Third, transparent pricing — a one-time placement commission instead of years of leasing markups. Economically: a leased worker typically costs you 2–3× the gross salary; we place at normal wage levels plus a one-time fee.

For other trades we activate our extended partner network — rare qualifications take 2–4 weeks instead of 72 hours to place.
