The initial inquiry and first matching proposal are free — no upfront payment, no hidden fees. We only charge a pre-agreed commission or project fee on successful placement. All terms are disclosed transparently before contracts. For workforce placement, typical commission is in the range of one gross monthly salary; for supplier partnerships we negotiate per project.
Everything you need to know
Answers to the questions we hear most — from German companies and Bosnian partners.
Process & Pricing
Fees, timing, regions
Usually within 72 hours of your inquiry, you'll receive a first matching proposal with 2-3 fitting candidates. The proposal includes short profile, qualification overview, and contact option. Time-critical projects can be handled in 24 hours on request.
Nationwide. Focus areas are Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, and North Rhine-Westphalia — where demand for industrial suppliers and skilled workers is highest. We also work with companies in Saxony, Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, and Berlin.
Costs depend strongly on the specific need. Rough orientation: a Bosnian CNC operator placed in Germany costs between €2,800 and €3,800 gross per month (tariff wage + placement premium). Metal supplier pricing is typically 60–75% of German domestic price levels. For concrete pricing we prepare an individual quote.

Quality & Vetting
Vetting process, QA, guarantees
Every producer is visited on site. We systematically document: machinery and production capacity, existing certifications (ISO 9001, CE, FSC depending on sector), reference customers and project lists, financial key figures (current balance sheets), plus management and their language/industry competence. For skilled workers we verify: training and diplomas, language skills (A2–C1), previous employer references, and police clearance.
We offer optional on-site audits, spot-checks, and final acceptance in Bosnia by our German-speaking engineers — before goods reach Germany. Complaint rate across our existing customers: under 2% since 2023.
We offer guarantees: for supplies, we conduct pre-shipment quality control — defects are fixed or replaced on site at no extra cost. For skilled workers, there's a 6-month replacement guarantee: if the placed person leaves during that period, we provide replacement free of charge. In over 85% of cases, our placed workers stay longer than two years — that's due to our selection process which considers integration readiness and family situation alongside professional qualification.
Legal & Compliance
§18a, SAA, GDPR, alternatives
For supplies from Bosnia-Herzegovina, the EU–BiH Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) and CEFTA rules apply — goods traffic is largely duty-free. For workforce placement we work under the Skilled Immigration Act (§18a–d AufenthG) and the Western Balkans regulation (§26 para. 2 BeschV), which creates easier labor market access for Bosnia. We handle all documentation: employer certificates, visa applications, recognition with the relevant Chambers of Commerce (IHK).
Yes. All personal data is processed according to GDPR standards. Servers are exclusively in the EU (Germany). There is no data sharing with third parties outside your specific matching process. Details in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. The distance between Bosnia and southern Germany is logistically manageable: truck transit 12–18 hours, no ferry traffic, continuous motorway connections (A1 through BiH → A10/A3 through Austria → Germany). We work with logistics partners who deliver JIT processes to German standards — including real-time tracking and defined delivery slots.
All are valid options — each country has strengths. Our reasons for Bosnia: wage levels are 30-40% below Polish levels at comparable qualifications. Labor surplus is larger than in Poland (unemployment ~15% vs. Poland's ~2.5%). Strong linguistic and family ties to Germany and Austria — many Bosnians have relatives in DE/AT, German language skills are widespread. Legal framework via SAA + Western Balkans regulation is more stable than for non-EU countries like Ukraine. And: our Sarajevo office can visit any site in Bosnia in one day — which logistically isn't possible from Frankfurt for Romania.

Workers & Producers
Languages, trades, listings
By default we place workers with at least A2 German (Goethe certificate or equivalent). For customer-facing or team-lead positions we place B1 or higher. Language courses before arrival or during the first year on site can be organized through our partner institutes in Sarajevo and Tuzla — costs between €300 and €800 per participant.
Yes, gladly. Use the contact form and select "Bosnian producer". We respond within 48 hours for an initial conversation. This is followed by an on-site visit at your facility where we document machinery, certifications, and capacities. Inclusion in our network is free of charge for producers — we only earn on successful placements.
We grant a 6-month replacement guarantee. If the worker leaves within this period for reasons outside your control, we provide replacement free of charge. Statistically, over 85% of our placed workers stay with the same company for longer than two years — that's due to our selection process which evaluates integration and family situation equally to professional qualification.
Three key differences: first, specialization — we exclusively handle the Bosnia↔Germany bridge across four defined sectors. This means deep market knowledge in both countries instead of a broad catalog. Second, direct placement — we are not a leasing model; workers are employed directly by you. Third, transparent pricing — a one-time placement commission instead of years of leasing markups. Economically: a leased worker typically costs you 2–3× the gross salary; we place at normal wage levels plus a one-time fee.
Our current network primarily covers: CNC operators and precision machinists, welders (MIG, TIG, stick), bricklayers and concrete workers, steel fabricators and locksmiths, carpenters and wood technicians, roofers, electricians and mechatronics technicians, truck drivers (CE class). For other trades we activate our extended partner network — rare qualifications take 2–4 weeks instead of 72 hours to place.
